Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of program activities, applying structured thinking and agile delivery approaches.
• Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D Plan, infusing best practices and thought leadership.
• Craft a learner‑centric experience that leaves participants engaged, supported, and excited about their growth journey.
• Drive program activities with precision, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to elevate the learner experience.
• Design and launch learner surveys and feedback loops; interpret results to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10‑15 years of deep domain expertise in designing and managing L&D operations for leadership programs.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent development and Learning & Development initiatives for high potential employees.
• Strong data analysis skills for impactful communication with leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, evolving environment and create actionable storylines.
• Exceptional collaboration across levels, geographies, and functions.
• Strong organizational skills in a culturally diverse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem solver with high intellectual curiosity.
• Certification in talent development or relevant HR certifications is a plus.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in HR or L&D certification.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
