Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs, along with creating engaging materials such as presentations, SOPs, playbooks, and assessments.
Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions, while facilitating interactive and outcome-driven sessions using activities, case studies, and role-based exercises.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop relevant content, while supporting capability building through mock calls, feedback, and refresher trainings.
Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, manage training schedules and trackers, and ensure training resources are organized and accessible.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, and continuously improve content quality, delivery methods, and domain knowledge.
