Job summary

Sigma Allied Services is seeking a Leadership Trainer / Instructor Associate Manager to deliver virtual leadership and communication training for employees, including frontline supervisors, managers and senior leaders. The role requires 7–15 years of experience and a strong track record in leadership development, with certification in MBTI, Hogan, DDI, CliftonStrengths or Five Behaviors.

The position is work-from-office with a US shift, based in Mumbai or Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in leadership training or development.
• Experience in facilitating leadership programs (LDP).
• Strong communication, presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
• At least one recognized LDP certification (MBTI, Hogan, DDI, CliftonStrengths or Five Behaviors).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual leadership and communication training for employees, including frontline supervisors, managers and senior leaders.
• Conduct training needs analysis and customize delivery based on learner profiles and business requirements.
• Facilitate sessions on leadership development, team collaboration, effective communication, feedback, resilience and problem-solving.
• Apply Leadership Development Program frameworks to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
• Measure training effectiveness, analyze feedback and recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful training delivery.
• Support scalable virtual learning programs aligned with US business hours.

• Manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful training delivery.
• Support scalable virtual learning programs aligned with US business hours.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in leadership training, leadership facilitation or leadership development programs (LDP).
• Excellent communication, presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement experience.
• At least one recognized LDP certification, such as MBTI, Hogan, DDI, CliftonStrengths or Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, or an equivalent recognized credential.
• Experience in training needs analysis and measuring learning effectiveness.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to US clients and global leadership training.
• Experience with logistics, supply chain or frontline leadership development.
• Multiple LDP certifications, executive coaching or organizational development experience.
