Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Learning & Development Lead Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development and role-specific trainings. You will create programs, develop materials, and facilitate sessions for diverse audiences, both in-person and online.

You will assess needs, gather feedback, and measure outcomes to continuously improve programs. The role requires 3+ years of L&D experience, strong English skills, and the ability to coach leaders and staff across Hyderabad sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
• Excellent facilitation skill.
• Strong knowledge in English grammar.
• Strong verbal and spoken proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle a class of 20 to 50 participants.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Windows Operating System.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM with a minimum accuracy of 95% accuracy.
• A positive work ethic and commitment to the tasks assigned.
• Adaptability to trends within the organization.
• Compliance to the organizational policies and standards.
• The ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and holidays.
• Flexible availability during business exigencies.
• Commitment to work in any site in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities
