Job summary

Ambuja Realty Development Ltd in Kolkata seeks a senior L&D leader to drive training strategy, digital learning initiatives and leadership development across real estate, hospitality, and healthcare portfolios. You will design programs, manage the full training lifecycle, and measure impact with analytics.

The role requires 10–15 years in L&D, with at least 5 years in leadership, and preference for HR certifications and digital content expertise. Hybrid work and budget stewardship are expected.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR with 10–15 years in L&D; 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality or Healthcare sectors preferred.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual Training Need Analysis aligned with sales cycles and project timelines.
• Identify training needs through assessments and stakeholder discussions.
• Design and implement learning strategies (Technical, Behavioral, Leadership).
• Manage end-to-end training lifecycle: TNA, design, delivery, evaluation.
• Drive digital learning initiatives and LMS adoption; measure ROI.
• Build AI-enabled L&D strategy and LMS dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Lead launch, adoption, and maintenance of a robust LMS.
• Curate digital bite-sized modules for on-site and remote teams.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership programs; manage vendor partnerships.
• Align L&D initiatives with business objectives; track skill improvements.

Job description

• Conduct annual Traning Need Analysis (TNA) aligned with real estate sales cycles, project maangement timelines,a and customer centricity goals.
• To identify training needs through assessments, performance analysis and stakeholder discussions.
• Designing and implementing learning strategies and programs (Technical, Behavioral, Leadership)
• Managing end-to-end training lifecycle (TNA, design, delivery, evaluation)
• Driving Digital learning initiatives and Learning Management System adoption.
• Build an AI-enabled L&D strategy and tracking LMS dashboards (Power BI / Tableau integration)
• Measure the training effectiveness using KPIs and analytics.
• Lead the end-to-end launch, adoption, and maintenance of a robust Learning Management System ( LMS)
• Curate a digital library of anytime- anywhere bite-sized learning modules for on-site and remote teams.
• Facilitating workshops, leadership programs, and capability-building sessions in the organisation.
• Managing vendor partnerships and finalising training budgets by optimising cost.
• Ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with business objectives
• Measuring employee skill improvement and performance impact
• Monitoring completion rates of the Learning programs.
• Measure training ROI through the Kirkpatrick Model or similar framework.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Certification from SHRM, ISTD & ICF (Executive Coaching) will be an added preference

10-15 years of experience in L & D, with at least 5 yrs at leadership level preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality or Healthcare sector. Experience in corporate training, leadership development, or OD initiatives with digital learning platforms and content creation tools
