Job summary

VySystems is seeking an IT Recruiter Lead to manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment and drive hiring outcomes from Chennai. You will lead a small team, coordinate with hiring managers, source candidates through portals, and ensure timely closures.

You should have 3–8 years of IT recruitment experience, strong screening and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred and candidates based in Valasarakkam, Chennai are favored.
