Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an IT Recruiter for domestic recruitment and C2H hiring, with 1-3 years of experience. This role is fully remote / WFH with full-time employment, offering a monthly salary of 10,000–20,000 INR based on interview performance.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, conduct initial discussions, coordinate interviews, and manage salary negotiations and joining follow-ups, while maintaining trackers and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in C2H recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up abilities.
• Proficient with IT technologies and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Laptop and stable internet connection required.
