Job summary

Pillar It Services is seeking a seasoned recruiter to handle US-based requirements across IT and non-IT domains. The role emphasizes high-volume sourcing, candidate screening, and full-cycle hiring from interview to offer closure.

You will leverage major portals and social networks (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed) and expect experience with 1099/W2/C2C terms, remote and contract-to-hire placements. English communication should be strong to collaborate with US clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in US IT and Non-IT Hiring.
• Experience in technical, sales and non-technical hiring.
• Sourcing candidates via internet sources using Boolean search strings and resume databases.
• Experience with US tax terms - 1099, W2, C2C, and remote hiring.
• Experience with contract, contract-to-hire, permanent and remote positions.
• Proactive in building client, VMS and resume databases.
• Strong teamwork and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle requirements from US-based clients.
• Full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closure.
• Sourcing from major portals (CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, social media).
• Post jobs on portals.
• Experience hiring on W2 requirements.
• Work on contract, permanent and C2H positions.
• Achieve good conversion of submittals into interviews and placements.
• Develop sourcing strategy by understanding client requirements and mapping targets.
• Validate resumes for experience and work status.

Required Skillset expertise:

• Mandatory 8+ year experience in US IT and Non-IT Hiring.
• Strong experience in Technical, Sales Hiring, Non-Technical Hiring.
• Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using BOOLEAN Search Strings and online resume database.
• Dedicated Hardworking and Deadline driven Experience in Tax Terms - 1099/W2/ C2C/1099.
• Worked on Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent & Remote positions.
• Proactively building Client, VMS & resume database.
• Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
• Good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal, and oral communication skills in English.
• Work extensively with Recruitment Tools - Monster, Carrier Builder, Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn & Indeed.com
• Preferred someone those having US Recruiting in BPO, KPO, IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling requirements from US-based clients.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation, and Closed Candidates for Assigned Requisitions.
• Sourcing from all major Job Portals (Career Builder, Indeed, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
• Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Exclusively having exp. for hiring on W2 Requirements.
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
