Job summary

Providence Health & Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM, Employee Center Pro, SOW, and HRSD expertise to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires hands-on development, platform customization, integration experience, and a focus on governance, best practices, and performance

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of IT experience with ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience in ITSM, Employee Center Pro, SOW, HRSD.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data model.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Design and enhance Employee Center Pro portal experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal technologies.
• Configure and customize SOW functionalities.
• Develop and support HRSD solutions including HR Case Management and Employee Workflows.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Participate in platform upgrades, release management, and instance maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and provide optimization recommendations.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
