Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Lead Engineer for ServiceNow Development in Hyderabad. The role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, ITSM modules, and integrations, with a strong emphasis on APIs, imports, and workflow design.

The ideal candidate will have 10–14 years of IT experience, 7–9 years in ServiceNow development, and 5 years as a technical lead. CSA and ITSM/CSM/Discovery certifications are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of overall IT experience.
• 7–9 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
• Around 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and key modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• CSA Certification – Mandatory.
• Implementation Specialist in ITSM/CSM/Event Management/Discovery – Mandatory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
