Job Description

The role requires hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, including custom application development, process configuration, scripting, workflow development, and platform enhancements. The developer will work across ITSM processes such as incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.

The position also involves designing end‑to‑end integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, supporting application operations, and resolving technical issues. The developer will work closely with teams and customers, including demonstrating solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities
