Job summary

You will manage the full lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, source candidates across portals and social media, conduct HR screenings, and roll out offers. A strong pipeline, stakeholder management, and ATS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of IT recruitment experience with end-to-end recruitment exposure.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is essential.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
• Conduct HR screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team hiring goals.
