Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience in an RPO environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and identify candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical and behavioural requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Handle client/stakeholder coordination and understand hiring requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ensure accurate pipeline management.
• Drive offers, negotiations, joining formalities, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Meet defined recruitment TATs and hiring targets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
