Job summary

Beco is seeking an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on inbound, storage, dispatch, and inventory accuracy, while implementing SOPs and optimizing space utilization.

The candidate will manage 3PL relationships, monitor SLAs, and drive cost reductions. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with D2C/e-commerce is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Strong experience in 3PL management and backend logistics.
• Experience in D2C / e-commerce / FMCG industry preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Exposure to ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper inventory handling, stock accuracy, and space utilization.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for warehouse processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, aging, and replenishment planning.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation across systems and physical inventory.
• Reduce shrinkage, damages, and stock discrepancies.
• Manage relationships with 3PL partners and logistics vendors.
• Monitor performance through SLAs, TAT, and cost metrics.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch.
• Optimize order flow for D2C and marketplace channels.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in logistics and warehousing.
• Use data and reports to improve operational performance.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Ensure proper training, productivity tracking, and performance management.
