Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced FC Lead / Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end Fulfillment Center operations in Bengaluru. You will drive inbound, inventory control, order processing, picking, packing and dispatch while ensuring accuracy, safety and cost efficiency for B2B and B2C channels.

The role requires 5-10 years in warehouse/FC operations, hands-on exposure to WMS/ERP systems, and strong leadership to manage large teams and coordinate with 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Warehouse / FC / SCM operations.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and large-scale operations.
• Hands-on with WMS/ERP and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day end-to-end FC/warehouse operations.
• Oversee inbound receiving, GRN, putaway and storage.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Handle PO/order processing, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Achieve high pick/pack accuracy and dispatch SLA.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FC Lead / Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end operations of a Fulfillment Center. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, timely and cost-efficient warehouse operations across B2B and B2C fulfillment.

The role will own the complete operational cycle including Inbound, GRN, Putaway, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Picking, Packing, Dispatch, Logistics Handover, Returns/RTV and Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day end-to-end Fulfillment Center / warehouse operations.
• Manage inbound receiving, GRN, putaway, storage and inventory processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation.
• Manage PO/order processing, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Ensure high pick/pack accuracy and achievement of dispatch TAT and SLA.
• Coordinate with logistics partners / 3PLs for pickups, dispatches, returns and delivery issues.
• Manage returns, RTV and reverse logistics processes.
• Plan manpower, shifts and daily workforce allocation.
• Monitor productivity and control overtime and operational costs.
• Ensure proper warehouse zoning, space utilization and inventory segregation.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
• Ensure 5S, housekeeping, safety and security standards across the warehouse.
• Ensure physical inventory and system inventory remain synchronized.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse MIS and KPI reports.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Warehouse / Fulfillment Center / Supply Chain Operations.

• Strong experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with WMS / ERP systems.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong manpower and productivity management skills.
• Good problem-solving and escalation-management capabilities.
• Experience in E-commerce / FMCG / Distribution / Retail / 3PL operations preferred.

Preferred

• Experience managing B2B and B2C fulfillment.
• Experience with multi-channel fulfillment.
Experience with Vinculum or similar WMS.
• Experience with high-volume fulfillment centers.
• Experience working with channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, BigBasket, Myntra or similar platforms.
• Experience managing 3PL operations.
