Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM professional to implement and customize HAM & SAM Pro modules on the ServiceNow platform. You will manage asset lifecycle processes—from procurement through retirement—and ensure license compliance and normalization.

You will work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy, develop solutions using Flow Designer and Script Includes, and build reports and dashboards that provide asset visibility and optimization for the

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM).
• Good understanding of software licensing models and asset lifecycle management.
• Expertise in CMDB, CSDM framework, and data management.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS–HAM / CIS–SAM preferred).
