Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Design and implement learning & development programs tailored to manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Establish leadership development frameworks and technical skill enhancement modules.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Manage HRIS systems and employee records.
  • Streamline HR processes for efficiency and transparency.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster motivation and retention.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and cultural initiatives.
  • Champion recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Drive D&I initiatives to build an inclusive workplace culture.
