Job summary

SPECTRAFOR is seeking an experienced HR leader to define and implement a comprehensive HR strategy in India. The role requires aligning HR priorities with global business goals and leading various HR functions including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.

Applicants should have a Master's degree in HR or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations and grievance redressal processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Establish consistent HR policies across business units and locations.
  • Enhance HR systems and processes to deliver a superior employee experience.
  • Design and lead employee engagement strategies across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee morale, motivation, and productivity.
  • Conduct regular engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR practices.
  • Build recognition and reward programs that celebrate performance and collaboration.
  • Strengthen HR communication channels to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Promote initiatives that reinforce company values and culture in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain a workplace where employees feel valued, respected, and connected to the mission.
  • Lead the Corporate Recruitment Team in meeting hiring requirements across functions.
  • Define recruitment strategies that deliver both speed and quality of hires.
  • Establish employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Strengthen recruitment processes through the use of technology and analytics.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide direction to the Administration Team across facilities and workplace management.
  • Oversee transport operations to ensure employee safety and service reliability.
  • Manage vendors and service providers to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulatory standards.
  • Create and maintain employee-friendly work environments.
  • Implement cost optimization strategies without compromising service levels.
  • Oversee business continuity and workplace safety protocols.
  • Build a high-performing HR, Admin, and Recruitment team.
  • Develop and mentor team members for leadership readiness.
  • Collaborate with global HR and cross-functional teams to align practices.
  • Ensure smooth communication between HR, Admin, and business stakeholders.
  • Represent HR and Admin functions in India leadership forums.
  • Engage with government bodies, industry associations, and external networks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity in HR.
  • Strong background in leading HR, Admin, Recruitment, and Engagement functions.
  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Prior experience in multinational or large Indian organizations is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
