Job summary

cFIRST Background Checks LLP is seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist to fuel growth across domestic and European markets. You will identify HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance leaders in need of background verification services and build a robust prospect pipeline.

You will execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, perform outbound calls to qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team while maintaining GDPR-compliant CRM data

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies across Europe and domestic markets.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, online databases, and other tools.
• Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and gather key information.
• Schedule discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Update CRM systems with accurate, GDPR-compliant data.
• Track and report weekly lead generation performance metrics.
