Linguist AI Private Limited is seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Associate to own the outbound pipeline from Hyderabad. You will research prospects, run personalized LinkedIn and email outreach, and book qualified discovery calls for the founders.

This is a hybrid role based out of Hyderabad, open to candidates outside the city for the right fit. Key responsibilities include building prospect lists, executing sequences, and tracking outreach metrics.

About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Associate to own our outbound pipeline. You'll research prospects, run personalized LinkedIn and email outreach, and book qualified discovery calls for the founders. This is a hybrid role based out of Hyderabad, open to candidates outside the city for the right fit.

What you’ll do

• Build targeted prospect lists across LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry portals, and outreach tools
• Run personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences (every message researched, not templated)
• Manage follow-up cadences and keep the pipeline moving
• Book qualified discovery calls directly onto the founder's calendar
• Track outreach metrics: sent, replies, booked calls

What you won’t do

No cold calling scripts, no pricing negotiations, no client pitching. That stays with the founders. This is a research and outreach-focused role, not a telecalling/BPO role.

Who we're looking for

• 0-2 years experience in outbound, lead-gen, or SDR-type work (freshers welcome)
• Strong written English and a research mindset
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume daily work while the process is being refined
• Self-starter who can execute a playbook and improve it with feedback

Compensation

Fixed base plus performance bonus per qualified booked call. 2-month trial period.
