Bright Canvas in India is seeking a self-driven LinkedIn Outreach Executive who can generate qualified leads by engaging decision-makers through their own LinkedIn profile. This role is entirely commission-based, offering uncapped earning potential and rewards for converting leads into meetings.

You will identify target founders, CEOs, and CMOs, initiate professional conversations via LinkedIn DMs, and hand over or close deals with a professional, brand-consistent approach.

Qualifications

• Active LinkedIn profile with good credibility and engagement.
• Prior experience in LinkedIn outreach, sales, or lead generation (preferred).
• Strong written communication and conversational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Understand prospect pain points and pitch our services naturally
• Qualify leads and book meetings or hand over interested prospects
• Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all communications
• Follow outreach guidelines to avoid automation or policy violations

Requirements

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
• 12% commission after finalization of deal.
• Attractive commission per converted lead / closed deal
• No cap on earnings performance directly impacts income
