Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting in Noida seeks a senior Lead Generation leader to design and own regional outbound strategies and drive high-quality MQLs.

You will head a team of lead generation specialists, manage multi-channel campaigns, and align with Marketing and Regional Business Development to optimize ROI. This role requires 8+ years in lead generation and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience preferred in B2B IT services or SaaS.
• 8+ years in lead generation, demand generation, or regional sales support.
• Experience leading a team of sales or marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Strategically own outbound lead generation for regional markets (India, EMEA, US).
• Hire, mentor, and lead lead generation specialists and inside sales staff.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns: cold calling, LinkedIn, email, webinars.
• Manage pipeline KPIs and ensure steady flow of MQLs to sales.
• Conduct market research, ICP definition, and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Ownership

• Design and implement scalable outbound lead generation strategies tailored to regional market dynamics (India, EMEA, and US).
• Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of lead generation efforts.

Team Leadership

• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of lead generation specialists and inside sales executives.
• Establish performance goals, provide regular coaching, and drive a high-accountability culture.

Campaign Execution

• Oversee multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and webinars.
• Align campaign strategies with Marketing and Regional Business Development goals.

Pipeline Development

• Own and drive early-stage sales pipeline KPIs.
• Ensure a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to the Sales team.

Market Research & Intelligence

• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build targeted account lists.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine targeting and positioning strategies
