Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; BCom preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to clients.
• Basic knowledge of finance, investments and wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to new and existing clients.
• Find and collect new leads through calls.
• Explain basic information about financial services.
• Fix meetings and appointments for the Wealth Management team.
• Follow up with clients and leads regularly.
• Update client and lead details in the CRM/system.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the Wealth Management team for follow-ups and onboarding.
• Share regular updates about leads with the team.

• Complete daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; BCom and Relevant.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Basic understanding or interest in Finance, Investments, and Wealth Management.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
