Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in Nashik seeks an experienced Electronics & Electrical Systems engineer to lead vehicle electronics integration across infotainment, body electronics, ECU architecture and wiring harnesses.
You will coordinate with CFT and design engineers, review designs for internal/external standards, and drive DFMEA, quality tools and project management to meet schedule commitments. Strong data analytics, ownership mindset and knowledge of LIN, CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet and automotive

1. Shall be well versed with Electrcial and Electronics vehicle system integration such as-
2. Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature with Quality, Cost and Time.
3. Evaluate existing and new designs for compliance to internal and external standards and review designs for various governmental regulation compliance
4. Review with Internal as well as external stakeholders for deliveries as per project time plan. Internal stakeholders include ECU owner, CME, manufacturing, plant engineering, launch team, PE & project team & EOL suppliers
5. In plant / Field failure & analysis: Analysing on field reported concerns and giving solution to reduce/eliminate it and also capturing that particular issue in upcoming products.
6. Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,Design Reviews & Project management
7. Fluent in use of Data analytics.
8. Must demonstrate a high degree of Ownership of the Projects and problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in MPDS, DFMEA , problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools.
9. To Conduct Internal Meetings with Proper Agenda & prepare Presentation for Top Management Reviews.
10. Ensure analysis of interface issues to respective teams during validations of vehicle level / Mfg Plant level and to the ECU owners
11. Ensure the consolidation, tracking, resolution of the Software Critical Issues arising out of validation & Manufacturing during builds
12. knowledge of Automotive ECU development and EOL Software development process

Very good knowledge in Vehicle electronics & In Vehilce netwroking systems - Infotainment, Body control module, ADAS system, Radars, Parking sensor, Airbag, ECU architeture Software architecture.
Knowledge on Eletrical and E&E agregates in the vehicle- Distribution system, , Sensors & Actuators, , Starting & Charging system, Lighting system, Switches,
Knowledge on communication protocols like LIN, CAN, CAN-FD, Flexray , DoIP and Ethernet.
Familiar with Functional Safety related requirements in Architecture and related standards & processes.
Basic knowledge in CAD tools - prefferably CATIA & Awareness of vehicle schematic design tools and Wire harness tools Capital Tools( Capital Logic, Harness XC)
