Purpose of the role:
- Design of vehicle E/E Architecture and integration of vehicle EE components on various development stages
- Preparation of System requirement specification and deployment of requirement to various subsystem
- Knowlege and Hands on experience on vehicle network data analysis (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and debugging of vehicle
- Prepare and manage D&D plan in line with product development plan
- Review and participation on vehicle packaging of EE Components
- .Participate and conduct assembly and serviceability study of vehicle EE components
- Prepare and conduct DFMEA for EE subsystems of 2W Automobiles
- Review and participate on DFMEA proprietary part DFMEA, Process capability and design reviews
- Participation and support on communication tools development for manufacturing and servicing of products
- Perform test simulations, failure analysis and EMC compliance of products
- Usage of PLM tools for managing D&D activities as per QSP
- Interact with vendors and stake holders for part development, validation and proving
- Conduct Functional safety analysis, define and evaluate safety goals for a vehicle as per ISO 26262
- Participate and review the SW development methodology and Sw QA process (ASPICE / any eqvt.)
- Evaluate, identify and verify cyber security goals for the vehicle and architecture as per ISO 21434
Educational Qualifications:
B Tech in Electrical/ Electronics engg. / M Tech in Electrical science / Instrumentation
