Job summary

QBrainX India is seeking a Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform from Coimbatore. You will lead integration efforts, configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and orchestration, and collaborate with ITSM, Security, and Infra teams to ensure accurate CMDB data and service mapping.

You will automate operational processes, troubleshoot Discovery patterns and event integrations, and contribute expert-level inputs on ITOM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with MID Server setup and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components like servers, databases, applications, network devices, and cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM or related certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
