Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Business Partner - Human Resource to design and deliver talent attraction, retention, and development programs in a fast‑growing data‑driven organization. You will partner with L&D and the COO's office to transform candidate and employee experience for the integrated One Data organization.

You will work with stakeholders on compensation, staffing, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives, while guiding HR strategy and driving change across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in HR/IR, psychology, or business administration.
• HR leadership certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
• Experience in HR programs, transformation, and data-driven HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR programs and projects aligned with business goals.
• Act as strategic advisor to business leaders on HR issues and transformations.
• Partner with L&D to design scalable talent development and retention programs.
• Collaborate with COOs office to improve candidate and employee experience for One Data org.
• Drive organizational change, HR metrics analysis, and process improvements.

• Design and deliver programs to attract and retain talent for a fast‑growing business
• Partner with the L&D team to build talent at scale
• Partner with the COOs office to transform candidate and employee experience for the integrated One Data organization
• Work with key stakeholders for Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, Performance Management, and strategic HR interventions.
• Bring incisive perspectives and innovative approaches to solve for talent challenges
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives;
• Partner with leadership to provide guidance and support on HR initiatives;
• Lead and manage HR projects and programs;
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR issues;
• Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives;
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization;
• Provide HR expertise and advisory support on employee relations, talent management, and performance management;
• Analyze HR metrics and data to improve HR processes and practices;
• Stay current on HR best practices and employment laws;
• Develop and mentor HR team members to build a high‑performing HR function.
