Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Business Partner - Human Resource in India (Hybrid). The role focuses on designing and delivering talent programs, partnering with L&D and the COO office to transform candidate and employee experience, and driving HR initiatives across the One Data organization.

You will lead HR projects, advise leaders on HR issues, analyze HR metrics, and mentor the HR team to build a high-performing function in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR related fields.
• SHRM-SCP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Experience in HR programs and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver programs to attract and retain talent for fast-growing business.
• Partner with L&D to build talent at scale and with COOs to transform candidate experience.
• Lead HR projects, provide advisory support on HR initiatives and stakeholder management.
