Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner to design and implement scalable talent strategies. You will partner with L&D, COOs office, and stakeholders across Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, and Performance Management to drive employee experience and organizational change.

You will lead HR projects, mentor the HR team, and provide data-driven insights to optimize processes while staying compliant with employment laws. This role offers a hybrid work model in India.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver programs to attract and retain talent for a fast-growing business
• Partner with the L&D team to build talent at scale
• Partner with the COOs office to transform candidate and employee experience for the integrated One Data organization
• Work with key stakeholders for Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, Performance Management, and strategic HR interventions
• Bring incisive perspectives and innovative approaches to solve for talent challenges
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with leadership to provide guidance and support on HR initiatives
• Lead and manage HR projects and programs
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR issues
• Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• Provide HR expertise and advisory support on employee relations, talent management, and performance management
• Analyze HR metrics and data to improve HR processes and practices
• Stay current on HR best practices and employment laws
• Develop and mentor HR team members to build a high-performing HR function
