Job summary

Mangalam Cement is seeking a senior Learning & Development and Employee Services leader to design and drive the annual training calendar, TNA, and competency frameworks across functions. You will oversee welfare administration, vendor management, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance, hygiene, and high service quality.

With 12–15+ years in L&D, HR operations, and administration in cement/manufacturing sectors, you will influence employee experience and training effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual Training Calendar and L&D Strategy.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA/TNI) across departments.
• Drive technical, behavioral, leadership, safety, and functional training programs.
• Establish competency development frameworks and training effectiveness measurement.
• Manage training MIS, competency matrix, and L&D budgets.
• Drive employee engagement and communication initiatives.
• Conduct shop-floor interactions, open houses, and employee connect programs.
• Support recognition, suggestion schemes, and family engagement activities.
• Oversee canteen operations, employee welfare, guest house, township facilities, office services, and OHC/dispensary coordination.
• Ensure service quality, hygiene standards, statutory compliance, and employee satisfaction.
• Manage vendors, service contracts, budgets, and SLA performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR, Personnel Management, Administration, or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Welfare, HR Operations, Administration, or Employee Services.
• Experience in Cement, Mining, Manufacturing, Steel, Power, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong exposure to Training Need Analysis, Competency Mapping, Employee Engagement, Welfare Administration, Vendor Management, and Employee Experience initiatives.
