Job summary

Serendipity Corporate Services in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned L&D professional to manage the full lifecycle of corporate learning initiatives. You will identify learning needs, design and deliver development programs, and coordinate MDPS with external partners to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in corporate L&D / Learning & Development.
• Proven experience managing corporate development programs.
• Experience in MDP/program coordination is preferred.
• Experience working with external institutes/institutions.

• Manage the end-to-end L&D lifecycle within the organization.

• Plan and execute corporate learning and development programs.
• Coordinate Management Development Programs (MDPs).
• Work with external institutions, training partners and educational organizations.
• Manage learning programs for corporate teams and business functions.
• Coordinate program planning, execution, logistics and stakeholder communication.
• Track participation, completion and effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
• Maintain L&D calendars, records and program documentation.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with organizational requirements.

• Trainer experience is not mandatory; candidates who have managed and executed L&D programs are suitable.
• Candidates from TA/HR backgrounds with strong L&D program management exposure can also be considered.
