Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture with 8-12 years' experience, a strong portfolio across large-scale projects, and proven ability to balance creative outcomes with delivery requirements. Mumbai-based role, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 8–12 years of professional experience within a design-led architectural practice.
• Strong portfolio across large-scale commercial, mixed-use, workplace, hospitality, residential, or urban development projects.
• Experience leading project teams and managing client interactions.
• Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design and documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept development through delivery.
• Develop innovative design solutions and oversee design quality.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Guide project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
