Job Title: Senior Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, innovative conceptualizer and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and monitoring of complex projects from concept through completion. This role requires a visionary thinker with deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable designs. Ensuring designs meet functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and comply with local government planning regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and development across high-impact projects in residential sector spanning Villas, Apartments, Commercial buildings & Urban planning related to plotted developments.
- Development of architectural designs, create necessary plans, sections and elevations & other details needed for execution of works at site.
- Coordinating with Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Facade Consultants, Liaison Consultants & etc for efficient collaboration & combined design outcome for issue of GFC drawings.
- Develop and oversee project concepts, designs, documentation, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and professional development.
- Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and design assessments.
- Ensure all projects comply with local codes, zoning laws, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Participate in project budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
- Implement best practices in sustainable and environmentally conscious design.
- Present design concepts and progress to clients and senior Management.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and innovations in architectural design and construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 10+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- LEED accreditation or equivalent sustainability credential is a plus.
- Familiarity with BIM processes and integrated project delivery (IPD).
