Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in commercial and institutional projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Openness to travel to project sites.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Professional licensure (preferred but not required).
