Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years on multi-family and mixed-use projects.
• State licensure as an architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Lead the design process by interpreting client briefs and creating innovative designs meeting aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering and construction teams and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Documentation: Produce detailed construction documents using REVIT and AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in QA/QC reviews at milestones to uphold design integrity.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff.
• Client Interaction: Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to meet needs.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design alignment.

• Collaboration: Actively coordinate with engineering and construction teams, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Documentation: Produce high-quality construction documents using software such as REVIT and AutoCAD. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance/quality control reviews at key project milestones to maintain high standards of design integrity.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments to meet their needs.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
