Job summary

A leading company in automation machinery manufacturing seeks an entry-level Customer Service Engineer to provide excellent support for Fiber Laser Cutting Machines. Responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, assisting in equipment installations, training customers, maintaining equipment, and building customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/ITI/BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical, alongside strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, India.

• Proven work experience on servicing Fiber Laser Cutting Machine.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
