We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Laser Application Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with the R&D, sales, and service departments to develop, test, and optimize laser marking and cutting applications as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, test, and maintain laser marking and cutting machines
Conduct sample trials, process optimization, and application development
Work directly with clients to understand application needs and provide technical support
Collaborate with the sales team for demo preparation and product presentations
Document application processes, parameters, and trial results
Troubleshoot and resolve application-level challenges
Stay updated with laser technology trends and provide feedback to the R&D team

Required Skills and Qualifications:
