Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sourcing and channel development professional to drive prime LAP case sourcing through the DSA channel network and build relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

You will aim to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, evaluate customer profiles with credit and underwriting teams, ensure quality sourcing, conduct market visits, monitor trends, and share MIS and pipeline updates with management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing of Prime LAP cases through the DSA channel network.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in the LAP segment.
• Evaluate customer profiles and coordinate with credit and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing with a focus on prime customer profiles and portfolio health.
• Conduct regular market visits and DSA engagement activities to increase sourcing productivity.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers, DSAs, legal, technical, and operations teams for faster disbursement.
• Monitor competition activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.
