Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sourcing Specialist to drive Prime LAP case acquisition through the DSA channel network in Mumbai. You will build and expand relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to meet monthly targets.

You will coordinate with credit, underwriting and operations teams, ensure quality sourcing, monitor market trends, and share MIS and pipeline updates with management to support rapid disbursement.

• Drive sourcing of Prime LAP cases through the DSA channel network.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in the LAP segment.
• Evaluate customer profiles and coordinate with credit and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing with a focus on prime customer profiles and portfolio health.
• Conduct regular market visits and DSA engagement activities to increase sourcing productivity.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers, DSAs, legal, technical, and operations teams for faster disbursement.
• Monitor competition activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.
• Prepare and share MIS, pipeline updates, and business performance reports with management.
