Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic professional to drive sourcing of Prime LAP cases through the DSA channel network and to build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

The role focuses on achieving monthly and quarterly targets in the LAP segment, evaluating customer profiles, coordinating with credit and underwriting teams, and ensuring timely disbursement through effective follow-up and market engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing of Prime LAP cases through the DSA channel network.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in the LAP segment.
• Evaluate customer profiles and coordinate with credit and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing with a focus on prime customer profiles and portfolio health.
• Conduct regular market visits and DSA engagement activities to increase sourcing productivity.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers, DSAs, legal, technical, and operations teams for faster disbursement.
• Monitor competition activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.
• Prepare and share MIS, pipeline updates, and business performance reports with management.
