Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Finance or Marketing preferred.
• 410 years of proven sales experience in Mortgages, specifically Prime / High-Ticket LAP or Home Loans.
• Strong local market knowledge and active DSA channel networks.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Working knowledge of LAP credit policy and property valuation processes.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and disbursal targets via DSA network expansion, referrals, and open-market leads.
• Onboard, train, and manage DSAs, connectors, and financial consultants.
• Manage loan files from lead generation to credit assessment, valuation, and disbursal.
• Ensure sourcing complies with risk criteria and low-default standards for prime property segments.
• Conduct field visits to understand customer profiles and tailor mortgage solutions.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) to drive customer acquisition and manage loan sourcing for high-ticket/prime segment customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating quality LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and direct channels while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Sourcing: Achieve individual and branch disbursement targets for Prime LAP products through DSA network expansion, referral channels, and open-market leads.
• Channel Management: Onboard, train, and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and financial consultants.
• End-to-End Processing: Manage loan files from initial lead generation and document collection through to credit assessment, legal valuation, and final disbursal.
• Portfolio Quality: Ensure sourcing complies with risk criteria, internal credit norms, and low-default standards for prime property segments.
• Customer Relationship: Conduct field visits, understand customer financial profiles, and deliver tailored mortgage solutions. Role & responsibilities
