Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking a Sales Manager LAP to drive Loan Against Property sales through the DSA channel across major cities including Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Kolhapur and nearby locations. You will develop and manage DSA networks and oversee end-to-end disbursement to ensure quality LAP portfolios.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, and candidates should be up to 32 years old with strong relationship-building and coordination with Credit and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in LAP or similar sales roles.
• Age up to 32 years.
• Experience handling DSA/connector networks and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive LAP sales through the DSA channel and meet monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA/connector networks.
• Generate quality LAP business and expand the DSA network.
• Manage the full sales cycle from sourcing to disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure portfolio quality and maintain customer relationships.
