Job summary

LTM is seeking a candidate with 4-7 years of experience for roles located in Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore or Pune. The ideal candidate will work with PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, shell scripting and Oracle, leveraging ITIL practices and ITSM tools. Flexibility to adapt to business needs and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Immediate to 15 days joiner is preferred, with total experience aligned to the stated range and a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in IT operations or similar roles.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, shell scripting and Oracle.
• ITIL certification preferred; working knowledge of ITRS and ServiceNow.
• Able to adapt to changing business needs and work under pressure.
