Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Bangalore is seeking a Java with Production Support engineer (strong in core Java) to troubleshoot production issues and support applications at the client location.

The role requires experience with AWS, SQL/PLSQL, Unix and shell scripting. OCJP certification is a plus but not mandatory. You will work in shifts from the Bangalore client location, five days a week.

• Provide production support from client location in Bangalore and work in shifts.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries (SQL/PLSQL).
• Coordinate with App Dev teams and stakeholders to drive solutions.

JD:

Experience: Java with Production Support engineer (Strong in core Java)

2. SQL or PL SQL (should write complex Queries)
3. Unix and Shell script

OCJP (Oracle Certified Java Programmer) certification and experience not more than 5-6 years is good to have not mandatory.

Computer Science concept of Data Structures in practical cases

• Problem solving in a development or production environment, including experience observing patterns, analyzing root causes and suggesting ideas to resolve issues.
• Good communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem to help drive solutions with App Dev teams and senior stakeholders.
• Structured or Object-Oriented programming languages: Java.
• One of the following Scripting languages: Shell script, Perl, or Python etc.
• One RDBMS SQL. PL/SQL

Note – For this requirement candidate need to work from client location at Bangalore, Balladur location and in shifts complete 5 days work from office from client location.
