Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, OS, and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Perform network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and system configurations.
• Support server, network, endpoint, and IT infrastructure activities.
• Assist with IT installations, upgrades, migrations, and other infrastructure tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• ProvideL2 technical supportfor desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoothardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
• Perform troubleshooting ofLAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related network issues.
• Support Windows operating systems, applications, user accounts, and system configurations.
• Assist withserver, network, endpoint, and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Support IT installations, upgrades, migrations, and other infrastructure activities as required.

Required Skills
