The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving escalated IT issues, troubleshooting infrastructure and end-user environments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, good communication skills, and the ability to independently handle complex incidents while coordinating with L1 teams, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• ProvideL2 technical supportfor desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoothardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
• Perform troubleshooting ofLAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related network issues.
• Support Windows operating systems, applications, user accounts, and system configurations.
• Assist withserver, network, endpoint, and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Support IT installations, upgrades, migrations, and other infrastructure activities as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge ofWindows OS and desktop troubleshooting.
• Good understanding ofnetworking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Diploma / BCA / B.Tech / BE / equivalent IT qualification.
