The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support.
• Experience with Intune enrollment and device compliance troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
