Job summary

Team Computers in Delhi seeks an IT Helpdesk professional to deliver frontline support for desktops, laptops, printers and other devices, ensuring smooth user operations.

You will enroll and manage devices via Microsoft Intune, troubleshoot compliance issues, and assist users with password resets and app problems while supporting Microsoft 365 apps.

A focus on networking basics and endpoint security, plus onboarding/offboarding and asset documentation, will support your growth with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop or Technical Support.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune (MDM) and device enrollment.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic office networking knowledge (LAN/Wi‑Fi).

Responsibilities
