Job summary

Sify Technologies in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer L3 | Multi-Cloud with 6+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, multi-cloud, networking, automation, Kubernetes, and production support. Location: Gurgaon with WFO/Hybrid work mode.

You will own complex cloud deployments, design secure connectivity (VPC, Direct Connect, VPN), manage Terraform or CloudFormation, and lead L3 troubleshooting, incident management, and production stability across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cloud engineering experience.
• Hands-on with AWS and at least one other cloud (Azure/OCI/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (VPC, Direct Connect, VPN, Route 53).
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS).
• Proficient in L3 troubleshooting, incident management and production support.

We are currently looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer L3 | Multi-Cloud with strong hands‑on experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Multi‑Cloud, Networking, Automation, Kubernetes, and Production Support.

Role: Senior Cloud Engineer L3
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: [WFO/Hybrid – as applicable]

Key Requirements

• Strong L3 hands‑on experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure
• Hands‑on experience in AWS + at least one of Azure / OCI / GCP
• Strong knowledge of AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, PrivateLink, Route 53 and hybrid connectivity
• Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes / Amazon EKS / ECS
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, BGP, DNS, routing, firewalls and load balancing
• Experience in L3 troubleshooting, RCA, incident/problem management and production support
• Exposure to Cloud Migration, DR, Security, Automation and Cloud Cost Optimization / FinOps
• Experience supporting Production, UAT and DR environments
• Good exposure to CI/CD and Git would be an advantage
• Mandatory: At least one Professional or Specialty-level Cloud Certification – AWS / Azure / OCI / GCP
