Job summary

Gryphon Hytech Services is seeking an L1 Support Linux Administrator with 2+ years of experience to manage Linux infrastructure for client sites in Pune. The role involves production support, middleware deployments and data analysis to resolve issues across Java and Node.js platforms.

You will work from office locations in Mumbai, Noida or Bangalore with a 24x7 readiness mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams and banks for IT operations support.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of Linux Administration experience.
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar) and basic queries.
• Familiarity with middleware tech, especially Java-based apps like Tomcat/JBoss and Node.js services.
• SSH and networking basics (IP, DNS, firewall).

Responsibilities

• Attend issues raised by L2/L3 resources and system team.
• Log analysis, bug identification and escalation to offshore team.
• Analyze customer complaints and provide responses.
• Support middleware deployments and monitor services on Java/Node.js platforms.
• Provide data analysis, query resolution and reconciliation support for merchant activities.
• Coordinate with banks for MBS, IMPS and UPI switch requirements.
• Perform environment mapping and vendor coordination.
• Support UAT and post go-live activities.

Job Description

What will you do - We are seeking a Linux Administrator, who will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the infrastructure of our crucial client site, in Pune. JD L1 Support Linux Administrator_2025

• Job Responsibilities:
• Attend issues raised by L2 or L3 resources and system team
• Log analysis, bug identification and escalation to offshore team for resolution,
• Customer complaints analysis and response,
• Support middleware deployments and monitor services running on Java and Node.js platforms.
• Merchant support- data analysis, query resolution and reconciliation support,
• Support banks other requirements related to MBS, IMPS and UPI switch
• Environment mapping,
• Integration coordination with various departments and vendors,
• UAT support
• Post Go-live support.
• Quick fixes required at property level,
• Production issues resolution.
• Provide inputs for RCA and other documents.
• Deployment support to DCM team,
• To provide technical inputs for troubleshooting the issues to L2 team.
• To coordinate with any other support or dependency groups in bank in case the issue has any linkage,
• To provide guidance and resolve technical incidents escalated by bank,
• Coordination with various departments for development, requirements, and sign-off.

Roles of resource may change as per the requirements. However, it will be around the systems.

What are we looking for:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience on Linux Administration.
• Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) ability to write and understand basic queries.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies, especially Java-based applications (like Tomcat, JBoss) and Node.js services.
• SSH Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewall,).
