Job summary

DBS Bank in Mumbai is seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide application and infrastructure support for project-related initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise across deployment, middleware, databases, and monitoring tools to troubleshoot complex enterprise environments.

You will set up UAT environments, manage CI/CD pipelines, configure and maintain enterprise applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely incident resolution and service

Qualifications

• Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket and version control practices.
• Experience in application installation, configuration, and environment setup.
• Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database.
• Experience in writing queries, troubleshooting database issues, and supporting application data requirements.
• Good understanding of infrastructure components, server management, and application hosting environments.
• Experience working in both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools such ELK Stack, Grafana, AppDynamics.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide application and infrastructure support for project-related initiatives. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support and project delivery environment.

Experience

• 8++ years of relevant experience in Application Support, Middleware Support,
• Infrastructure Support, or DevOps-related roles.
